Born in Salé, Morocco, Mohamed grew up surfing the powerful waves of Morocco's northern Atlantic coast. More than ten years in the water shaped both his technique and his philosophy as a coach:

Momo is known for his calm energy, patience and ability to make people feel comfortable in the ocean. For beginners, he helps turn uncertainty into confidence. For experienced surfers, he focuses on positioning, paddling, reading the ocean and finding better waves.

NAVA was born where the ocean meets the desert. After more than ten years of teaching surfing, Momo created NAVA as a place to share what he loves most — surfing, movement, Morocco and simple moments by the sea.
A place where people from everywhere can reconnect with nature, try something new and meet people they may never have crossed paths with otherwise.

A few practical basics for getting to Tamraght and settling in.
The nearest airport is Agadir Al Massira (AGA), about 30–40 minutes from Tamraght. Airport transfer is included in the surf packages.
Many nationalities can enter Morocco visa-free for short stays, but requirements vary by passport. Check with your embassy or Morocco's consulate before booking flights.
Tamraght has a mild, ocean-moderated climate year-round. Days are warm, evenings can be cool and breezy — pack layers.
The local currency is the Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Cash is preferred in local souks and small shops; cards are accepted at larger venues.
Swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, comfortable clothes, something warm for evenings, and a plug adapter (Morocco uses Type C/E sockets, 220V). Surf equipment is provided — you just need your sense of adventure.
No. Complete beginners are welcome. Surf coaching is adapted to your level.
Absolutely. Many NAVA guests travel solo. The experience is designed around shared surf sessions, meals and adventures, making it easy to meet people.
Yes. Please mention dietary requirements when booking so meals can be planned accordingly.
