Founder

Ten years in the water, one philosophy.

Born in Salé, Morocco, Mohamed grew up surfing the powerful waves of Morocco's northern Atlantic coast. More than ten years in the water shaped both his technique and his philosophy as a coach:

Safety always comes first.

Momo is known for his calm energy, patience and ability to make people feel comfortable in the ocean. For beginners, he helps turn uncertainty into confidence. For experienced surfers, he focuses on positioning, paddling, reading the ocean and finding better waves.

Behind the relaxed smile is someone who genuinely loves surfing and sharing the ocean with others. Whether it's your first wave or your best one yet — Momo wants you to enjoy the ride.

Our story

Born between the ocean & the desert.

NAVA was born where the ocean meets the desert. After more than ten years of teaching surfing, Momo created NAVA as a place to share what he loves most — surfing, movement, Morocco and simple moments by the sea.

A place where people from everywhere can reconnect with nature, try something new and meet people they may never have crossed paths with otherwise.

You arrive as a guest.
You leave as part of the story.
